Payments
This page explains how to deposit and withdraw with upc0z, the methods we accept, processing times, limits, and the identity checks we must complete before paying out. We are licensed by Liquor & Gaming NSW (licence 4597/2024/WB) and follow Australian payment and anti-money-laundering rules.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the following methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Visa debit cards
- Mastercard debit cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- PayID
Credit cards are not accepted for betting in Australia. Australian law prohibits the use of credit to gamble with licensed online wagering operators, so only debit cards and the methods listed above can be used. If a card is identified as a credit card, the transaction will be declined.
Deposits
Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayID deposits are processed in real time in the large majority of cases, though occasionally a deposit may take a few minutes to appear while it is confirmed.
Every deposit is subject to your deposit limit. If a deposit would take you over your current limit for the relevant period, it will be declined. You can review and manage your limits on the Deposit limits page. Note that increases to a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day delay before they take effect, while decreases apply immediately.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are paid back to a verified payment method you used to deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering control. The minimum withdrawal amount is the amount shown in your account.
Typical processing times by method:
- PayID: usually within a few hours, often faster, once approved.
- Visa/Mastercard debit (payouts to card): usually 1 to 3 business days once approved.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: paid to the underlying card or account, usually 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time begins once a withdrawal is approved. Approval may take longer if identity verification or additional checks are required. For full detail on withdrawal rules, limits, reviews and cancellations, see the Withdrawals page.
Limits
Deposit and withdrawal limits apply:
- Deposits are capped by your personal deposit limit, which you set and manage yourself.
- The minimum withdrawal is the amount shown in your account.
- Maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction and per day depending on the method and on risk and AML thresholds. Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional review before they are released.
If a withdrawal exceeds a review threshold, we may pause it briefly to complete the necessary checks. This is explained further on the Withdrawals page.
Identity verification (KYC)
We are required to verify your identity before you can withdraw. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process confirms who you are using documents and data checks, and helps prevent fraud, underage gambling and money laundering.
You may be asked to provide:
- A government-issued identity document (for example a driver licence or passport).
- Proof of address or other supporting information.
- Verification of ownership of the payment method being used.
If verification is incomplete, withdrawals will be held until it is finished. We may also request evidence of the source of your funds in certain circumstances.
How your money is held
Customer funds are held in a segregated client account that is separate from our operating funds. This means the money in your account is kept apart from the funds we use to run the business, in line with our licensing obligations.
